Activations don´t work

I have disabled the activation requirement to register on my website but people still get the email asking to activate their accounts.

Worst thing is, that some receive the email without the link to click and verify their accounts.

Hello there,

Can you send us a screenshot of what or how the email looks like when they receive it?

And are they viewing it through a computer? And if yes, what browser?

This guy for example received the email (as shown in the attachments) without a link or further instructions.

He accessed his email in Chrome, in outlook, in his Samsung phone email and from hotmail.com in Chrome in a PC. Same results.

This is very important for us guys. It's my num. 1 priority now and I'll check this forum and my emails for a solution few times a day.

You have, but the problem still exists.

Some member can register without problem and some get stucked in activations.

I created a new tickets.

Could you please activate that account manually?

It's a very important player for my clan.
