Hi all,
How can I add checkboxes to my recruitment form?
I have a dropdown menu, where I can select "Checkbox", however only 1 checkbox is avalible and no description.
Is it possible to add several checkboxes with captions under recruitment form?

Thanks in advance, I really appreciate

Yes, you can add several checkboxes with their own unique captions.

The option that kinda threw me was the 'Required By' field. That option keeps this field from being displayed until the field selected is completed.

I am about to go nuts here!! Been trying to figure it out for hours now with absolutley no luck what so ever.

What I want is, to look similar to this:

This is how I set it up in my application form:

This is how retarded it looks:

LoL ... well now I understand what you were asking.  And no - that's not what I was explaining.  Hmmm.
I think the best the current recruitment form can do is to make a field per checkbox with captions of the professions and leave the 'Required by'  blank so they all show at once?

Great, thanks a lot once again. I got it to work this way, bus as I feared, the application form would then be kilometers long (need to add 48 professions + other questions), so it's useless for my case.
I will just solve it by adding a multitext field, so applicant can write their professions in hand :-)
