HI

I am currently trying to set up an automation that gives out new ranks depending on the amount of award points the user has acquired.
When we went to test it, it always seemed to fail when checking if an user has more then a certain number of points. After more testing, we found out that giving points through the awards page doesn't give out any points and we cannot find any record of the total number of points an user has. Is it possible to automate what we are doing and are we doing something incorrect?

Long to explain fully but you might have to 1st set up you're awards and configure them, then go to automations and configure the conditions & actions and then go into the menu Automations and execute.

1st: Go to the award menu configure and set up the award.

2nd : In the Automation menu start a new automation and in that menu you will see a few menus on conditions & actions to recieve awards, they can be varied and multiple choiced the important thing is have these conditions and actions configured correctly.

Example:

After 100 posts member recieves so and so points.
When member reaches so and so points he recieves award or Rank.

You can pretty much configure it to you're liking and there are a lot of choices. You can also have a few automations. So you could do one award which awards points and then a second award that gives out rank when a certain number of points are received.

After the Awards (1st) have been configured and automations (2nd) you can then use the Execute now option.

Hope this helps until someone gives a better answer, Good luck
