Not sure if my GSP has a firewall on the ip or not but on Game-Tracker it shows my server but on here with the new BF4 server monitor shows and says my server is offline, when it's up and running.

Thanks I will do some further investigations and get back to you with an update. This does sound like a firewall issue but I will check.

I have tried testing that IP/port from multiple locations around the globe and none seem to be able to connect. Seems like your host may have some kind of firewall or connection problems, because as far as I can see nothing can establish a connection.

This is why the server monitor is displaying as offline.

Could you ask your host to whitelist IP 67.227.202.27?

Wow that was a fast reply from them.

QuoteThat is not how it works, it allows all ips, if it didn't you would not be able to connect to your server. i would recommend contacting your web host.

That's what they said.

Performing a traceroute to your server IP:

traceroute to 192.3.154.90 (192.3.154.90), 30 hops max, 60 byte packets
1 lw-dc2-dist5-vlan329.rtr.liquidweb.com (67.227.202.2) 0.564 ms 0.684 ms 0.787 ms
2 lw-dc2-core3-po5.rtr.liquidweb.com (209.59.157.119) 0.322 ms 0.382 ms 0.455 ms
3 lw-border5-te1-2.rtr.liquidweb.com (209.59.157.225) 11.291 ms 11.362 ms 11.424 ms
4 TenGigabitEthernet3-1.ar5.CHI2.gblx.net (208.49.135.161) 11.240 ms 11.243 ms 11.268 ms
5 ae9.503.edge3.Chicago.Level3.net (4.68.62.253) 8.526 ms 8.529 ms 8.524 ms
6 vlan51.ebr1.Chicago2.Level3.net (4.69.138.158) 22.209 ms 22.241 ms 22.214 ms
7 ae-6-6.ebr1.Chicago1.Level3.net (4.69.140.189) 20.828 ms 21.773 ms 20.703 ms
8 ae-7-7.car1.Buffalo1.Level3.net (4.69.140.233) 20.914 ms 21.004 ms 20.947 ms
9 GIGLINX-INC.car1.Buffalo1.Level3.net (4.28.232.234) 21.219 ms 33.119 ms 33.129 ms
10 . (198.23.156.162) 34.424 ms 35.204 ms 35.011 ms
11 * * *
12 * * *
13 * * *

We see there is severe packet loss from IP 198.23.156.162, i.e the connection is dropped from there as soon as packets leave the Level 3 network. The network for this IP is ColoCrossing. I also notice the network for your server IP 192.3.154.90 is also ColoCrossing, which suggests as soon as the connection reaches your server data center the connection is dropped.

There is nothing else I can do because there is something dropping the connection in the data center your BF4 server is sitting in.
