Ive emailed support but nothing back and its not a direct debit its a card payment which i cant cancel.

i have no gripe with the service and quality its a great product , i just joined another clan and no longer need it.

Well it's likely the ticket never went through, I am not sure why. Can you please submit another ticket through your admin panel?
