So I see where to cancel our subscription, when I get there...it tells me I have to cancel it from my business paypal account... this is terrible... I have to go to my paypal account to block my payments to you??? This is the way we do business here? please tell me I'm wrong...

Please go to your paypal and cancel your subscription.

It is not just for iClan but for every service that offers paypal subscription---you really need to cancel it from Paypal.

Before, I was using Spotify and I was mad because I need to go over to Paypal and cancel it manually there.
