I am having a similar issue. I have attempted to contact their customer support by various means and have received no response. I have however received an automated message from the website itself:
For the past 3 days we've been checking your domain name DNS settings (www.koinfinity.org) and we noticed it currently isn't resolving to the correct IP address. Your domain name and alias should be resolving to 72.8.190.25. Here's what we found:
Domain: www.koinfinity.org -> ?????
Alias: koinfinity.org -> ?????
As such, we have disabled your domain name for now until your domain name DNS settings are corrected. Your website is now available at:

.... I have followed all the instructions, and it is like I am chasing my own tail. Overall, I am rather satisfied with the service I have as a Premium+ member, but I am not happy with the lack of response from the customer support ticket over something that is likely a very simple fix on their end involving a nameserver issue.
