So while working on and editing new site, I start getting an error whenever I try to click admin panel. Is this because my domain started working and isn't finished while I was in middle of editing? I am using my own domain.

Your site is on maintenance mode. To prevent this page from showing, go to admin panel > menu > settings > main settings and untick maintenance mode as shown below.

Oh gosh. You clearly don't understand. I cannot get in to admin panel. When i click admin panel, it redirects to the webpage pictured above.

I am unable to work on the site or change any settings, because the admin panel is inaccessible.

Just to rule it out, are you using the owner account?

alo looking at your screenshot, it looks like you're not signed in on that page.

Try clearing your cache, logging in again and trying to access the admin panel
