Friends not showing up?

Sup all,
I need a bit of help. When our members are in their profiles page they see that their friends panel is full. They want to see everyone so they click the "see all" hyperlink in the top right of the friends panel. A new friends page opens up and show nothing? Not even one friend it's empty. How do I fix this?
