How do you go about getting your money back

I have sent in tickets to close our website and I had asked for it to be closed and still I was charged for another year. 

Where is support on this I had sent in a ticket and Evie responded to me Re: [#7356] [Premium] 

I told her that there was no where to cancel my  subscription and can she please help to get this taken care of so I would not be charged.

After that I never got any more responses back and none of my tickets have been answered.

Please I want my money back.

Hello Evie

So is my account closed and canceled and I will not be charged any more. 

Please have a ticket sent to me showing that my account is closed.

Also for others to beware of there are no refunds anymore as of  8/2014.

I sent back a ticket and still no response back from that ticket. I thought premium service was helped over free.

At this time I have received no help just mumbo jumbo.

Please can I get some help on this.
