I have sent in tickets to close our website and I had asked for it to be closed and still I was charged for another year.
Where is support on this I had sent in a ticket and Evie responded to me
Re: [#7356] [Premium] I told her that there was no where to cancel my subscription and can she please help to get this taken care of so I would not be charged. After that I never got any more responses back and none of my tickets have been answered. Please I want my money back.
