how to remove unwanted chat in instant chat

How can the messages in instant chat be removed and people be removed?
I have selected delete messages then delete but the message still remains
I also have no idea how to remove people from the instant chat see attachments

Hello there,

On the Private Chat for RedStoneMC --- you can only remove chats if you are the one who sent the chat---for example it was RedStone who sent "hi" so he can only delete it.

Removing members on the Instant Chat room --- just go to admin panel > menu > instant chat room
