I uploaded a banner on my website a few days ago, I've also uploaded a pic on my website too! When I viewed my website, the banner and pic doesn't show up and there is a sign of "unavailable pic". Pls show me how to fix this, and one question, how do I publish my site?

May I know the name of your website and also can you try and upload this again? What is the file extension of your image?
