I am having an issue making the registration form mandatory. I clicked all the necessary boxes to make the form "mandatory" on registration, yet when i log out of the forums and attempt to register for the site, I am only required to enter a username, email address, password, and the captcha. I see the profile field entries i put there as well, but the recruitment form is nowhere to be found during this registration process.
I will include a screen shot.
If a guest visits the site and clicks on "Register" this is what they see instead of the registration form. I have even gone through the process and made a new test account. the form did not appear at all.
