my voice server is down

my voice server is down for the last 2 days and im not getting any response from support ticket.
An error has occurred

Your voice server has expired.

but im paid up my site shows 177 days still

yes didnt say why it went down but its up after 3 days.didn't realize u guys had weekends off

Yes, our support are not working on weekends actually unless there is an urgent issue.

also, during Holidays and stuff.

But we assure that we will work on the tickets and problems after we get back on it
