We as, Admin used to have access to change members usernames that way if they did a gamertag change on Xbox we can edit there profile and change the username to match. 

Recently me and the staff of the league have noticed we don't have this option anymore.

The Admin edits on profiles have been restricted. I personally have no details on the reasons. The users can change their website name themselves if the permission is set in the admin panel
