I'm not entirely sure what is its you've requested or how you've requested it ? Normally the response via Support Tickets is prompt.

What is you've requested exactly? And when?

by changed the name are you referring to the domain name?

If so then this could take up to 48 hours to populate although it is usually quite fast. Make sure all info has been entered into the admin panel under the domain section

if you have already put the info in your admin panel then you just have to wait.
if you didn't then please email support@ihostinghq.com with your site id, the ihosting address and your new domain.

You have two websites:

http://amnesiac18.ihostin ... ghq.com/
http://thedevilshellhound ... s.iclanwebsites.com/

Both of which don't have any domain name attached. Did you complete the section at the bottom of the domains page? What is your domain?

The first site im joint admin with a few other members. The second 1 is my own site im setting up. Seems to be working ok now. Im going to ask the owner of the first site to either delete the site or hand it over to me or one of the other members

Just to confirm, when you enter your domain name at the bottom of the domains page, and you press save, it will give you a confirmation message. If you don't see that then your domain hasn't been saved and won't be activated.

I can't access my site. I went to the admin panel and changed the name of the site to Fariko Uprising, then I changed the domain name to www.farikouprising.iclanwebsites.com, then I pressed save and it took me here.
