Opening forum on new page with just the forum

Hi

Been awhile and i was wondering is it possible to have just the Forum on a page without all the other panels, sure there was a way i have just forgotten ;p.

yeah if you go to the panel layouts and select forum, then remove the panels and save to forum only (not default or any other page) then it should have only the forum for you
