This is old and inaccurate now

yes this has been updated for a while now moo. It no longer requires a website to point to an ip address. This is so that if they need to switch their ip at any point then it is done seamlessly, eliminating any input from the user, solving any issues like you are experiencing now.

To Fix:
Head to your domain control panel, change the nameservers to :
ns1.clanwebsites.com
ns2.clanwebsites.com
ns3.clanwebsites.com
ns4.clanwebsites.com

Then you will need to go to the admin panel on your website, go to domains and input your domain name there (if it has changed at all) then you can go to the DNS manager to enter your srv records for ts etc..

all further dns entries are then controlled through your admin panel on iclans.

for your ts this is how it would be entered

when i try to add the cname on the POINTS TO: Field it says "Enter either @ or a valid host name such as: "subdomain.domain.tld""

the SRV has required fields as shown above, that i do not have the information for based off what you have provided..

you need to control it through your admin panel on iclans. not through your domain provider.

All information needed to fix it is listed above.

so i contacted godaddy by calling their customer support, and apparently ya'll nameservers aren't registered with them ._.
that's why its not saving correctly and updating the information. at least that's what the rep told me, and that could be why it wasnt working each time i tried it or when he tried it while i was on the call with him
