Hey everyone,

Does any1 know if there are plugins for an avatar pack/gallery? Members ask all the time. It seems like this would be a no-brainer for iclan to offer with it's paid plans. Also, I am looking for a music player and a TS module or plugin to integrate into our main site.

Naturally, I want to say that I could use FTP to upload a third party avatar pack to the gallery root folder but then wouldn't i need some sort of install to access those with our forum and main site?

music player you would need to link to but you need to make sure that you are not breaching the TOS of your website. (Not sure what you mean with an avatar pack tho...)

Ah! I didn't even think about music player and TOS...makes sense...

As for an avatar pack; i mean that there should be a gallery already included n installation of theme to allow my members to pic a picture for their profile...to use on forums and main site. It is after all, a gaming hosting site! That would make natural sense, no? Furthermore, there is not even a gallery of images that comes with my paid plan. If you ask me; that is kind of weird.

Also, I just used an FTP software to access my site's root folders...and low-n-behold; there is no file system!?!?!? WTH? I mean, I can't even mass upload images to my gallery that I manually created. This is so weird. Has anyone else found there to be missing files in FTP?

I wonder if the directory is empty due to this ne line while connecting using an FTP SERVICE:

Thank you for your feedback.

We don't have the avatar option added yet into the site. But members have the freedom to choose a profile picture of their own liking or if you want to see a uniform profile picture, you can choose to go to My Center > edit profile > administrator edits and override profile picture for all the members.

For uploading of files, you can utilize FTP or the Download Center.

Can you please help with a screenshot of the error when using FTP and send to support@iclanwebsites.com so we can investigate and work on a fix?

I have connected to FTP; but there is no root directory! I am used to seeing a directory on which to build. I guess I just build my own?
