Yes, I am a member here as well.  Premium Plus member and support answers me about a week after I submit a support ticket.  It's unacceptable.

I got same problem in my iclan website too

It seems that everyone is the same. I haven't been able to change anything on the site for 3-4 days, and the members are not satisfied, because they can't change the profile pictures and post the pictures in the gallery.
What's worse, the support service here doesn't work at all and doesn't respond to our writings and emails, so I wonder, does this work at all? It is not correct. Members who pay for their site should react!

I was careful, I opened a free site, but I have 320 registered members and I can't just close, that's the problem ...

Ana - an idea is:

You could use the "member codes" area in the admin panel.

When you create a member code, for example;  ana2021 - you then are presented with a registration link. 

You can use this registration link to give to your 320 members to easily register an account.  Their new account is automatically "linked" to your new website via the member code they used. 

That's the easy part.  The more difficult job is creating your website again.  BUT - think about it as a fresh start for the new year.

I'm not sure if I understood correctly. Does this mean that I could transfer all my members to another site in this way or do they have to do it? Does it have to be the same site like clanwebsite.com or can it be someone else? Because they are creating a new site for them ... see for yourself how it works!

It seems so to me too, because I have been writing to them for days.
If only he wanted to fix the 500 eror. That's not fair of them, a lot of sites have been made and they've left people like that.

And I just received an email from iclan saying they are raising their monthly prices!! WOW, such great service for MORE MONEY.

I dont know why no support anymore in iclanwebsites after lot of sites got +150 members in them

they increase prices and don't fix what hasn't worked for a long time, they don't answer our questions, so who will pay? Nobody will

seems like problem is fixed , and the error is disappeared when editing or removing pictures in iclanwebsites or anything else.
