Search of PMs is not working

I submitted a ticket but got the message quoted below.. does that mean you know about the issue of the search problem or my ticket didn't get to you?  If the ticket got to you and you have the ability to scan messages to identify a known issue, that is pretty cool but maybe make your text a little clearer.  This makes it sound like there is a problem with my ticket I tried to send in.
