I have checked my DNS settings for the domain over and over compared to other problems and what is recommended and everything seems fine on my end.

Please help me to get my site up and running ASAP, we are in the midst of an event and need people on the site as of a few hours ago...

There seems to be a problem with your custom domain. Please do contact them for that.
