Thanks for the report. The engineers are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. Are you still experiencing slowness? This is only effecting EU customers at the moment.

Its not only the EU. Slow in the US. I have a guy in Seattle that he can't even open his cable web browser like its banning his ip. He can use his phone but not his cable. His cable provider is saying its on the website side. He can ping the site but can't open a web browser.

The odd thing is, Since the outage my website has had blazing fast speed. It used to take ages to load up but now its a matter of milliseconds.

Hey guys, I do believe this problem is just isolated to customers in Europe. Some tweaks have been made, could you please report back on the effectiveness of these tweaks?

Thanks for your patience with this

I have checked out most of your sites. I seem to be able to connect to them pretty fast. They all respond fast and load up fast. Quite strange.

QuoteWebsite was down most of the night tonight

They were doing maintenance on something. Not sure what but it was mentioned on their Twitter. Everybody's website (I think everybody's) was down during this maintenance. Follow @iClanWebsites on Twitter for live updates regarding things such as this.

Your website should be up now

Hey guys, the networking provider have been performing maintenance, this was scheduled. There is also a second window of maintenance, Friday 2am UTC.

Thank you for your patience everyone - I understand down time hurts and is a real pain, but customer websites are being DDoS attacked every single day for the past few weeks so these upgrades are definitely needed to maintain a stable service and resolve any problems you're having.

If you have any questions please let me know and I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you
