So at the top of this forum you see the blue bars everywhere on top of everything. So I attempt to change it. I changed it to a solid purple. I refresh the page. It comes up for a SPLIT second as purple and goes back to blue. I just cant change it and I don't know why anyone else know? AKA menu container.

1 more problem. When I try to move panels to the other side they don't go over... Nothing goes to the right side.
