Website Forum: Two "Create New Topic" buttons show

I've set up the forum for my clans website. When going to any board there are two "Create New Topic" buttons showing. Not sure why but, can't change it to one. Any ideas on how to get rid of the redundant button?

Edit: Also two search buttons and two moderate buttons (for mods)
