Can i put another theme on to my website or do i need to use the one's iclan have ?

You mean using two themes for one website?

You can choose whether what theme you want to use and where you want to apply it.

Sorry yes i mean use another theme that is not from iclan's

Hello there,

You can customize your themes actually by going to Admin Panel > Menu > Theme builder.

But if you mean that you want to use a pre-build theme from another website, then, no you cannot.
